Going to a new StateJapanese-Americans were forced to relocate to internment camps which were much different from their homes. Sometime families would get split up from each other. This was especially hard for a young kid to be separated from their parents or vice versa. American soldiers took the internees into new states where the internment camps were located. The camps were harsh and impossible to feel at home in. Overall this period of time was not a very bright one and we should learn from our mistakes and make sure something like this never happens again. |
